A surprise at El Pilón

Our evenings at El Pilón were delightful, with the sancocho being a culinary highlight. The sport bar staff treated us exceptionally well, making us feel at home.

We faced some frustrating maintenance issues, like a clogged toilet and noisy pipes. The buffet was often overcrowded, limiting our dining options, which was disappointing.

The beach and pools were fantastic, and we loved the daytime activities. Shopping at Calle Caribeña was fun, and the nightly entertainment kept us entertained. Don't miss the mini Disco for kids! Just be ready for pesky mosquitoes. bug spray is a must.

Our room had inconsistent Wi-Fi, and there were some noisy neighbors that kept us up a few nights. The power issues were a minor hassle too.

Stunning smaller resort!

We had an incredible experience! The animation team was super fun, especially with memorable moments from the shows. The food blew us away, with the Brazilian restaurant being a highlight. Plus, the beautiful grounds filled with exotic birds made our stay unforgettable.

The vibrant atmosphere features stunning wildlife like iguanas and flamingoes, providing a truly tropical experience. The resort offers numerous fresh food options, with highlights including a delicious fruit selection. However, service inconsistencies in dining and room preparations were a drawback, and the frequent presence of bugs was a nuisance that detracted from our comfort. Despite these issues, the family enjoyed the plethora of pools and amenities available.

My experience at the resort was great! The beach had stunning views, and the outdoor facilities were well-kept. Although the dining options could improve in variety, the staff’s friendliness made up for it. I loved watching the nightly shows and participating in activities.

the princess has a stunning beachfront location. we enjoyed the numerous pools and water slides, perfect for our kids. the kids club was a hit, and the animals like flamingos and iguanas nearby entertained them. we found the food delicious and service attentive.

We truly enjoyed our stay here with the family, especially the endless activities at the pools. The kids loved the mini club, with its own water park. Plus, the facilities were great for relaxing while the baby enjoyed a quiet nap.

In my wife’s opinion, maybe a lifeguard at the kids' pool would be a great addition.

Fantastic Family Vacation with Great Food!

We had an amazing stay in a spacious family room that was conveniently located near the pool. The food was delicious and diverse, especially enjoyed the Brazilian steakhouse. there were plenty of options. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. However, the Wi-Fi was limited to the lobby, which could be improved.

The food variety is impressive, and the specialty restaurants provide excellent service. The pools are clean and ideal for relaxation. The staff is friendly and engaging. Our family room was spacious and comfortable. Activities and nightly shows kept everyone entertained. 🌴
